Why does the interface take a moment to appear on my site?

To ensure that AccessibilitySpark never slows down your core storefront, product images, or checkout process, our script is designed to load asynchronously. This means it intentionally waits to initialize until your website’s main structural content has finished loading.

Because of this priority system, the appearance of the accessibility widget is directly tied to your theme’s base load time:

  • If your storefront finishes loading in 2 seconds, the widget will typically initialize immediately right after.
  • If your storefront takes 6 seconds to fully load due to heavy image files or other apps, the widget will naturally wait until that 6-second mark to display.

We do this to protect your store’s page speed scores and SEO ranking. However, if the widget is appearing with a noticeable delay even after your site seems fully loaded, please connect with our support team. We would be glad to audit your theme configuration and ensure the script is firing as efficiently as possible.
